My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

We strive to make sure you find your pajamas to be completely piggyrific!  However, if you are not happy with the color or size of your purchase, we will gladly do a switch-er-roo (ahem, exchange) for you at no extra shipping charge.*

If the pajamas you receive are defective or unsatisfactory, please send them back to the pig pen within 60 days of receipt to ensure a full credit or refund (please contact us first for a return authorization so we know they're coming!). If your pajamas don't fit right, please request a switch-er-roo (exchange) within 60 days of receipt.  Please use your best pig's honor and be sure any pajamas you are returning or exchanging are sent back to us still new, unwashed, and unworn to ensure exchange or credit.  Please include your original packing slip and paperwork, with the reason for the return clearly noted, in the package with any pajamas sent back to us... and be sure and keep a photocopy for your records!  Oink! 
 
*International orders will be charged shipping for exchanges and returns, to the origianl payment method used.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. When you order your pajamas, we set to work on making them right away.  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. A wise pig once said, "Good things come to those who wait"... Thoinks!
